Shipping policy

 

Three Bears Coffee is focused on getting the freshest beans to our customers. We use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping. Online coffee orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Thursday. There are no expedited or rush shipping options.

Shipping rates are determined by the package weight and where the destination address falls within the USPS Priority Mail zones in relation to our origination address.

You will receive an email notification with tracking number once the order has been processed and shipping initiates.

If your order contains an error or is damaged in transit, please contact us at info@threebearscoffee.com within 5 days of arrival to discuss replacement or refund.
