Natural-process coffee from Cooperativa dos Agricultores Familiares de Poco Fundo (COOPFAM) organic and fair trade coop in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Note: We do not carry organic certification as a roaster, but the coffee carries organic certification.
We recommend purchasing coffee for a 2-3 week supply and grinding to brew for best quality and enjoyment. Within this timeframe, store coffee in an opaque container or dark area at room temperature.
If keeping coffee longer than 4 weeks, we recommend storage in an airtight bag in the freezer. If coffee is already ground, storage in the freezer is recommended beyond 2 weeks.
