Washed-process coffee from Cafe Organica Marcala S.A. de C.V. (COMSA) organic and fair trade coop in the Marcala region of Honduras.
Honey and lemon sweetness with a medium chocolatey body.
Note: We do not carry organic certification as a roaster, but the coffee carries organic certification.
We recommend purchasing coffee for a 2-3 week supply and grinding to brew for best quality and enjoyment. Within this timeframe, store coffee in an opaque container or dark area at room temperature.
If keeping coffee longer than 4 weeks, we recommend storage in an airtight bag in the freezer. If coffee is already ground, storage in the freezer is recommended beyond 2 weeks.
